i'm closed...

yep - now don't get me wrong - just a break, a much needed break to spend with my family, clean out some cupboards gone awry and work on some new designs....

but i'm probably signing off for a couple of weeks - so do have a wonderful holiday, whatever you celebrate, Christmas, Hanukkah, or just the bliss of the season...take care of yourselves....

in the meantime i'm going out to play in that white stuff - prediction of 2-3 feet of snow going on - and of course we are enjoying no school snow days!

here is a video that made me laugh and laugh - certainly shows the point that boys will be boys - no matter the age - which i'm always mumbling under my breath at home - there is some 'language', so beware....

The gameboards arrived 2 days ago but we just had the change to open
all the boxes. It was like Christmas morning because I had forgotten
what I ordered. The peices are just beautiful... everything I expected
and then some. I wish I had found you years ago... The tags and your
handprints
are an added bonus
Thank you so much for your time and artistic talent... and love for
things of days gone by....
Lucky are those who have you in the family! what great Christmas
presents you can give

I am sure you are snowed in.. because we are also having snow and
sleet.. our ground is white I just took some shots of the snow and
lights..
wish I could get the lake to snow up but too dark now.

Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year!

Hey Diane,
Just wanted to let you know I got my boards today. The color combinations on the two new designs are some of my favorite colors. They turned out fabulous. The backgammon board couldn't have been more perfect. That color combination looks so rich. You do an excellent job when you pick your colors for each design. Thats why Country Living picked you. If only I could come up with something they would want. HA! I have absolutely no artistic talent.
Can't wait to see your new designs. Hope you get a chance to work on them over your break. Hope you enjoy your time off and your holidays. Maybe I'll drop a line before
Christmas.
Like always the boards made my day.
Thanks
Susie
